Presentation Guidelines

Dear Authors,

Please prepare the presentation/poster in the given templates. Please note the following:

1. Maximum no. of slides excluding title and acknowledgement slides:
   • Regular: 15 slides
   • Short Paper: 10 slides
   • Poster: 5 slides
   • DC/SRF: 10 slides
2. Papers selected for poster presentation need to create presentation as well as Poster.
3. Please submit the PPT/Poster to the given link on or before 12th July 2022. The file name of PPT/Poster should be “Paper ID_Presenter Name”. For DC/SRF presentation, file name should be “DC/SRF_Presenter Name”.
4. Maximum 3-4 line Biography of presenter is needed.
5. Poster presenters are required to bring the printed poster of size 84cm x 119cm.
