Camera Ready Submission Instruction

Congratulations on acceptance of your paper to present in VDAT-2022 at IIT Jammu. All the accepted papers (Regular/Short/poster) need to prepare the camera-ready paper and submit the required file(s) latest by 26th June 2022. Please note the following:

  • Download the LaTeX or Word template.
  • If using LaTeX, include LaTeX2e files (*.tex) for the text and PS/EPS/JPG/PDF/PNG files for all figures. Include your .bib file. Upload in zip folder containing all the files.
  • If using Word, simply upload the Word file.
  • Final PDF file of the paper after including reviewer’s comment. Highlight the changes. Please do not include earlier versions. No change in data is allowed after camera ready submission. 
  • Write Name of the author(s), Email ID, Affiliation, and ORCID ID. Also write acknowledgement, if any. Check the correctness of author details properly. No further changes in Name, Affiliation, email is allowed.
  • References should be in the given format only.
  • Do not change margins in the template.

    Instruction for the Springer CCIS copyright form will be shared with you soon.
  • The number of pages for a full paper: 12 to 15+
  • The Number of pages for short paper/poster: 6 to 11
