Conference Registration Details

• All the accepted papers/posters need to be registered by at least one author and presented during the conference for consideration in the proceedings. Non registered and/or non-presenting papers will be removed from the proceedings.
• For accepted papers/short papers/ posters/DC/SRF, at least one full registration needs to be done in any one of the appropriate category. Please provide the proof of the registration category to get the discounted registration fee.
• If applicant is selected for fellowship & Presenting in SRF/DC, the Category C Registration Fee will be applicable.
• The registration fee includes access to all VDAT 2022 Sessions, Conference kit, Lunch and Conference banquet, Tea/coffee during the session breaks.
• The last date for the registration is 05th July 2022. After 05th July 2022 the late fees will be applicable.
• Final Confirmation will be sent to the registered candidate after verifying the correct payment.

To avail the discounted registration fee fellow need to register on or before 05th July 2022, otherwise fellowship will stand cancel.

Steps for conference registration:

1. Check the appropriate registration fee amount as given in above tables.
2. Pay the registration fees via eazypay (Payment link given below). Please write “VDAT-2022” in name of the event and Category of registration (Example: Category A: Student (UG/PG), Category B: Academic Faculty, etc.) in remark.
3. Generate the receipt and save it in PDF/JPG.
4. Keep PDF/JPF of valid student ID/ Institute ID/Industry ID card.
5. If applicable, keep the Paper ID and Paper Title ready with you. 
6. Fill the mandatory registration form to complete the registration process. Without filling the form, registration will not be confirmed.
