Travel Grant

The CVIP committee awards travel grants for authors who are in most need and lack financial resources to attend. Successful grant recipients will receive a reimbursement ( max of Rs. 5000) upon registering and presenting her/his paper at CVIP 2023. Student authors will be given preference.

In case your application for grant is accepted then for reimbursement purpose the author will have to submit a proof of travel record like booked railway ticket (Sleeper/AC3/AC2) and /or airplane boarding pass (Economy).

Eligibility

• Applicant must be the first or second author of an accepted paper in the conference.
• Applicant must register and present their papers at the conference.

Application Form

The following form should be filled by Sept 28th 2023 23:59 pm. Notification of acceptance will be made between Oct 1-Oct 5 2023.
