Celebrating the Success of the Workshop: "Micro-fabrication and Biosensors: Advances in Diagnostics"
We are delighted to share the successful conclusion of our two-day workshop, "Micro-fabrication and Biosensors: Advances in Diagnostics," held from January 18th to 19th, 2025, at the Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Jammu. The event brought together an exceptional panel of speakers from renowned institutions, including IIT-KGP, IIT BHU, GMC Jammu, AIIMS Jammu, Max Healthcare, CSIR-IIIM, CSIR-CMERI, CSIR-NPL, MNNIT Allahabad, and KIET Delhi.
Our esteemed speakers captivated the audience with insightful sessions on cutting-edge topics like MEMS devices, clinical biosensors, AI in healthcare, innovative materials, and advanced diagnostics.

Participants had the unique opportunity to engage in hands-on lab sessions and explore the Paloura campus, Receptor Biology Lab, Microfluidic Design and Bioengineering Lab, Advanced Manufacturing Lab, Thermal and Natural Phenomenon Lab, Microfluidics and Energy Systems Lab, and the CIF facility of IIT Jammu. These experiences provided invaluable practical insights into biosensor integration and advanced diagnostic technologies. We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to the success of this workshop.
